The difference between 0 and 0 can be 10.

The difference between 0 and 0 can be 10.
If you give a 5 yr old, 15 yr old, and an adult body builder a 1 oz cup of water and tell them to pick it up, They each can.
You set this bar as 0.
If you give a 5 yr old, 15 yr old, and an adult body builder a 5 lb weight and tell them to do curls, the 5 yr old struggles to pick it up, never mind doing curls, this becomes a 9 or 10 for him, the 15 yr old, will be able to do it more easily with a bit of practice, the body builder has no problem.
This is the new 0 for the 15 year old. The 5 year old struggles, and quits.
If you give a 100 lb barbell to the 15 yr old and the body builder, the 15 yr old may try, but eventually, he will not be able to and he will give up.
The body builder continues on with his routine.
This is the new 0 for the body builder.
Let's turn these weights into pain. If you have no pain at all. That is your 0. If you live with some pain, you get used to it, it eventually becomes back ground noise and YOUR new 0. You, are fine. But it would be hard for someone else that never had pain to deal with. If you had extreme amounts of Chronic Pain, Your 0 would be very, very high. You would be living with it every day. And it would not show on your face, or in your movements, until it was so very, very high, that the person with no pain at all would be in an emergency room trying to decide if they were dying. But it's Your 0. And at this point, you can no longer even tell if mild things like the flu have passed through your body.
Think about that for a moment. Consider your 0. And don't compare your 0 to someone in Chronic pain.

Because there is a difference between 0 and 0.
And sometimes the difference is 10.
